Artwork Setup

When you print with us, you can either upload a sticker design or create one using our online sticker builder.
If you use a pre-existing design, please follow the guidelines listed below.

Please note that if you upload a design that does not meet the following specifications, you might be subject to paying extra costs. In such a case, we will review your design and provide an updated quote before charging your account or printing your order.

Color Mode:

Each design should use CMYK color mode rather than RGB.

Print Resolution:

• Please keep in mind that digital print is very detail oriented. If your artwork doesn’t fit or is not high enough quality, our label builder will automatically highlight this. Please contact us if you need help.

• Uploaded files (.eps., tiff or jpeg) should be at least 300dpi while at 100% magnification.

• Do not convert lower resolution files to 300dpi.  This will result in a bad quality image.

PhotoShop Files:

Please keep in mind that we won’t be able to modify Photoshop files unless you supply them as a layered PSD file with all the necessary fonts supplied.

Type & Fonts:

• Illustrator eps files must outline all types and embed all images.

• PDF’s should not embed fonts and images.

• If “type” is not specified and a design requires text changes, we will need you to supply the fonts.

Bleed & Guides:

• Please upload your artwork/ designs without cutter guides.

• When building your document, please make the document page size 1/4” larger in the height and width. This will account for the 1/8” bleed we need on all sides of your designs so we can make sure your shapes are cut accurately. You don't have to worry about putting in your cut lines, unless you want to, that's up to you and we're always here to help with that piece.

Printing black:

If you have black in your designs, we can print these in a rich black to get you the truest shade we can in your finished stickers or labels. The rich black color we use in our digital presses is: 40C 30M 20Y 100K for the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Blacks in your designs.
